The regular season has now ended at we have begun the postseason. Approximately half of our team is went to regionals and half will go to the CHSL meet. These meets are more easily qualified for as each team gets two automatic spots in every event as well as additional spots in Regionals if the team has three or more athletes that have met the additional qualifying standards. The other meets are much tougher to make. The MHSAA finals take the top two atheletes from each event at Regionals as well as any other atheletes that make the additional qualifying standards at the Regional meet. Operation Freindship takes the top four places from the CHSL meet to face Detroit's toughest public school competition. The Oakland County meets have very difficult qualifying standards although the 9th Grade meet's standards are greatly eased. We currently have a few atheletes headed to the 9th grade county meet as well as a few with good chances of making the state finals or Operation freindship. We also may be going to a 9-10 grade meet at Kimball although that is uncertain. Here is a wrap up of the results at regionals:
